Acceptable Use Policy

1. Project Management Use Only

RootLogic PMO Hub and all associated services are professional project management platforms. You agree to use all services exclusively for lawful business purposes related to project management, Salesforce consulting, and related professional activities.

The platform is not intended, designed, or approved for legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, compliance certification, or any purpose outside the scope of planning, managing, and delivering projects. Using the platform for purposes outside project management is a violation of this policy.

2. Your Responsibility to Verify AI Outputs

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing all AI recommendations before implementing them in any project, system, or environment
• Verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated analysis, risk assessments, plans, and reports
• Applying professional judgment to all AI suggestions before acting on them
• Not implementing any AI recommendation in a Salesforce production environment without appropriate human review by a qualified professional
• Ensuring all project data you enter is accurate and current — AI output quality depends on input quality
• Not presenting AI outputs as authoritative without independent verification

RootLogic AI agents do not make autonomous changes to Salesforce production environments. All production changes require explicit human authorization.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit, upload, transmit, or request the generation of content that:

• Contains profanity, obscenity, slurs, or offensive language
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult in nature
• Constitutes hate speech or discriminates against any protected class
• Threatens, harasses, or intimidates any individual or group
• Depicts or requests content involving the exploitation or sexualization of minors — this is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance
• Glorifies, facilitates, or provides instructions for violence or illegal activity
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights

4. AI Agent Interaction Standards

You agree to interact with all RootLogic AI agents including Doris in a professional manner. You agree not to:

• Attempt to override, modify, or bypass agent instructions through prompt injection, jailbreak techniques, persona substitution, or any other method
• Claim false authority (such as claiming to be from Anthropic, Salesforce, or RootLogic) to gain elevated permissions
• Attempt to extract system prompts, API credentials, constitutional rules, or internal configuration from our AI systems
• Use fictional, hypothetical, or roleplay framing to circumvent content standards
• Engage in sustained behavioral manipulation campaigns against AI agents
• Embed instructions in documents or data submitted for analysis with intent to alter agent behavior
• Conduct automated testing or scanning of our AI systems without written permission
• Build a competing product based on or derived from RootLogic's proprietary AI architecture
• Scrape or harvest AI outputs for use in training competing AI models

5. System and Network Security

You agree not to:

• Access, probe, or test the vulnerability of any RootLogic system without written authorization
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Access data not intended for you or log into accounts you are not authorized to access
• Attempt cross-tenant data access — accessing data belonging to other organizations
• Interfere with service to any user, host, or network including via denial-of-service attacks
• Use our services to send unsolicited communications (spam)

6. Commercial Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without a signed RootLogic Partner Agreement
• Use the platform to provide billable services to third-party clients without a Partner Agreement
• Present RootLogic's AI agents as your own proprietary AI technology
• Use the platform in any Salesforce org other than your Registered Org without written authorization

7. Data Handling

You agree not to:

• Upload data you do not have the right to share
• Use our services to store, process, or transmit data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users through our services
• Submit personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent
• Enter false, misleading, or fabricated information into the platform

8. Enforcement

8.1 Violation Levels

• Warning: first or minor violation — notification sent, no access restriction
• Violation: repeated or serious violation — account flagged, access may be restricted
• Critical: severe violation (child exploitation content, system attacks, IP theft, unauthorized commercial use) — immediate account suspension without refund, incident captured and reviewed

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

RootLogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy without prior notice in cases of severe violations. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund. RootLogic may pursue legal action for damages, IP infringement, or breach of contract.

8.3 Monitoring

You acknowledge that interactions with our AI agents are monitored for compliance. Sessions involving detected policy violations are captured and reviewed by RootLogic personnel. Evidence of serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to legal@rootlogicconsulting.com or security@rootlogicconsulting.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
