The AppExchange Doris is intentionally constrained to PMO intelligence. She will not perform tasks outside project health, risk flagging, SOW generation, and add-on scope areas. Attempts to use Doris outside her configured scope are blocked, logged, and flagged to the account owner. Payment confirmation is the gate for every add-on — no feature activates before billing is verified.
